The location of this apartment is great! The apartment is very spacious and full of light. It has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a toilette, a large balcony and a big kitchen. As I love cooking, the kitchen is fully-equipped for when you feel like eating in; The large living and dining room features a comfortable sofa, a plasma-screen Tv , apple tv, music system, and elegant lighting, as well as a sumptuous rug and candles for those cozy evenings. The dining table is very big and comfortably fits 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, an extensive storage space, and air conditioning for the hot summer nights. There is one toilette and one fully equipped bathroom. The entire property is fitted with high-speed Wi-Fi. You can also have a drink and enjoy the big balcony ;) It doesnt have any common areas. Palermo neighborhood is considered to be the most vibrant and exciting area of Buenos Aires. Our area is quiet, you can walk around at night with no problem. It is just a few blocks from restaurants and bars. We really enjoy walking around the neighborhood for dining out. It is just a taxi ride away from everything! And you can walk to many touristic places around, as well. The apt is 2 blocks from Cabildo avenue where you have several bus stops and the D subway station is 5 minutes walk.
